D’quor Spaces had organized first of its kind launch event in the Dapoli & for that we had invited 59 EOIs with the pre-launch benefits to the EOI application holders. The crucial thing which requires a mention here is that the people have bought the EOIs without even visiting the actual site. Before clients buying the tokens, D’quor Spaces have arranged the VCs with the clients, explained the project to them along with some actual site photos, and rendered images, 3D videos & legal documents regarding the project.

For the launch event that was held on 28th-29th may 2022 in Dapoli, D’quor Spaces arranged the stay at Chira Meadows Eco Resort & Spa for the families of token holders. We received a phenomenal response with more than 60 people attending the event from 22 different families.

“Konkan’s scenic beauty is too good. Besides that it’s pollution free. We can live very peaceful life. It has a very good view point of beach and sea and it is placed at 15 – 20 minutes from the beach, so it’s good if people make their houses there and can live there as you are providing a township there along with club house and amenities. I am myself being into real estate and wealth management industry the growth prospect regarding this geographical area which is Konkan, a lot of growth is coming towards it and whoever invests in this kind of property will see a exponential growth.
